Who is FLAIR?

FLAIR is the only analytics company in the market that focuses on racial equity. Founded in 2020, we are a technology company that believes a person’s race and ethnicity should not be a barrier to having a positive and fulfilling experience in school and the workplace. 

With over 120 clients in education and business, FLAIR has experienced tremendous growth in a short period of time. Our mission is simple: to create a culture where all ethnicities can thrive. We do this by collecting robust and measurable data and turning it into actionable plans for our clients.
